i'm a bit confused about the WILD technique and I don't know if I'm doing it..sometimes when i sleep, i feel this weird sensation like i'm drifting or moving into something. This happens for about 10 mins after i shut my eyes to sleep. Then after the weird sensation, my body starts to get numb and my breathing is somehow constricted. While all of these are happening I'm concentrating my thoughts to one phrase and I'm repeating that all over till the sensations stopped and I start dreaming
