Well yeah, I would say that getting more vivid and "real" dreams is a sign that you are making progress with trying to lucid dream. |

I've been recalling pretty vivid dreams more often after implying the MILD technique. All my dream worlds are really vivid and filled with color. For example, in a recent dream I was talking to a friend of mine while walking through my school campus. It was raining, yet bright outside. I could even see water droplets on my dream glasses. Anyways a dragonfly start to buzz in my face, so I try to smack it away. The feeling of hitting the bug felt very real, and I even thought how annoying and weird the bug was. However, I forgot about the rest of the dream thereafter. I didn't gain control of the dream, but I had a conscious thought that and physical sensation that felt real multiple times. |
