Ok im not a newbie but forgotten how to change avatar...??!!

Oh dear. It is rather annoying. The last time I was on here was 2 years ago but i've retunred for good now I think. So how do I change my avatar?

Click on Control panel, then down the left there's options to change Profile picture, avatar etc.
