Not Awakening

Hello my name's Lander, I have had 4 lucid dreams but they never seem to last more then a few seconds, I have tried spinning in my third lucid but it didn't help, I still woke up. Today I had the forth one and finally I realised the vividness but has soon has I did that I woke up, and I wasn't excited this last time, I was relaxed but overing over a sofa.

You didn't really ask a question but I'm assuming you just want longer lucid dreams.

• Remember to always keep a dream journal
• Be patient lucid dreaming takes time
• Go to the wiki and around the forums and read dream stabilization tutorials

I have this problem too. So I have only had one or two "long" lucid dreams, but these only lasted a minute or two.

Thanks, I still haven't tried to rub my hands or focus on an object or floor, maibe that will work.

I'm getting dried up, this lucid stuff is really hard. Now I am having trouble remembering my dreams, I only remember one or two events. However I think I am getting more and more aware of my getting to sleep phase.
