      Hi Ryder, when you experience Sleep paralysis just go along with it. There is nothing to be afraid of. It is a natural process that happens every time you sleep, you just might not be consciously aware of it.
      Your dream recall will improve naturally as long as you keep up with the dream journal. Even if you wake up and can't remember anything concentrate on trying to remember for a few minutes. Sometimes stuff will come back to you.

      Okay, thank you Bizarrejester.

      Also everyone, during my short lucid dream that took me into sleep paralysis, I couldn't really control anything. How do I do this? I focused on doing what I wanted.
