      Question Is this Sleep Paralysis?

Last night I attempted a WILD (Yes, I know I'm a newbie, but that didn't stop me) . So I was listening to Lucid Dreaming Binaural beats from the "unexplainable store", I tried to concentrate on my breath and trying hard NOT to move. I felt a tingling sensation that started at my toes and slowly (very slow in fact) but surely moving upwards. As soon as it reached my ankle I started to feel the same tingling sensation at my fingertips. I began to feel relaxed (and unusually light headed as well). This took about 20 minutes before it got late, so I had to take of the ear buds and go to sleep normally.

      The question is:
      Is this Sleep Paralysis?

Thank you! So I DID make it! Just need to try it longer. Today is an early weekend so I'll try it tonight. Thanks a bunch!

Yeah that was barely the beginning, just don't freak out when you can't move xP and everything will be ok
