Red face Hi there. I'm Katherynn

Hello, as said in the title my name is Katherynn. I am new to dreamviews and I'm looking forward to learning more.

For the past 2 years I've been training on my own to control my lucid dreams with some success. I would like to further my ability.

Please, if anyone has any tips, tell me! Thank you!

      Katherynn

Click here for an amazing tutorial to control your dreams. I'm surprised it isn't that popular.

Hello Katherynn, and welcome to DreamViews! You can also check out the tutorials section here on DreamViews! There is a link in my signature. There are many different induction techniques and a lot of other useful information there. You may also want to check out other members Dream Journals which can help fuel some ideas or strategies that you can try out in your own dreams. Control is mostly something that takes practice and experience. If you are having difficulty with direct control of something, there are many "loop holes" or ways to trick yourself into breaking control limits (false limits your mind has place within your dream). Lets say that you want to summon a sword and battle a dragon while possessing super speed (just an example, lol). Instead of trying to make a sword appear out of thin air, it is much easier to think about the sword and simply look around for it. Don't be afraid to check in unrealistic places either. I have pulled some massive objects out of my pockets before that absolutely should not have been able to fit in there, lol. Once you have your sword in hand, imagine the dragon and call out to it. Shout, "Came out and fight me dragon! Do not cower in fear now, just because I possess a sword!" lol. Or something along those lines. Keep calling out as you look to the jorizon and more often than not, that dragon will come over the hill, etc. You can also use the "search" technique from before. Now all you need is your super speed. If you seem too slow, it may be because your shoes are too slow. Simply take them off and see if it helps. You could also feel around in your pocket until you find a small dream control pill. Pop it into your mouth and your control will enhance. In dreams, you can get creative with every aspect of it. Many, many different strategies are used to control dreams. Just experiment, read up on other member's strategies, and form your own. Soon, you will find something that works for you and can act as a staple for your future lucid control. Good luck and hope I helped out a bit. If you have any specific questions, don't hesitate to ask!
