Curse lucid dreaming MP3

Hi,

Im pretty new to the worl of Lucid dreaming. I've had a totslt of three LD's, all MILD's. I am a bit more experienced in the world of hypnosis and when I learned about LD-inducing hypnosis I had to check it out. I've downloaded a mp3 called CurseLucidDreams. After a bit of googling it looks real, but do anyone have any experience with this mp3?

I know results vary, I'm really just after proof that the mp3 is legit, as I'm not really comfortable being hypnotised with an unknown mp3, as I'm not comfortabel being hypnotized by an unknown person.

Hey, I haven't listened to that mp3, but

I am pretty new myself. I tried out some LD mp3's a little while ago. The first one I listened to, I just listened to at day time, and it was about an hour long. You can find it here "http://www.dreamviews.com/f44/audio-...ository-55276/"

I decided to not try it at night, since I thought it wouldn't help me so much, considering the subliminal messages in the song was english, and my main language is not english.

I then read something about recording your voice saying something easy as "You're dreaming" and have a 15 minutes of nothing added to the clip, so every 15 minute you would hear that, and hopefully you would notice the message in a dream while sleeping so you would wake up. I stopped trying the first day, since I couldn't really sleep that good with earplugs on, and I didn't manage to sleep before 15 minutes had passed, so I heard my own voice while I was awake, and it was very creepy.

Ok. I decided against the Curse MP3 and went with another one called Cardigan Lucid Dreams. It was 15 minutes long. I cant say much about the effects, since I havent slept after listening to it, but it was a decent track from a hypnosis-point of view. If youve never been hypnotized before you probably wont get any effect, and he did go a little fast in the induction, but his tecnique was good, so I recommend it, at least for the trance. The message was also well formulated, so it is probably a good MP3.
