As others have said, try putting it away from the bed, and walk around a bit when you get out.
Also you can try writing WILD on a page or something and putting it where you just have to see it when you put the alarm off, should at least remind you.

It is pretty difficult in the middle of the night. Your body was sleeping and tries to go back there as soon as possible. Try some other methods at this time.

Don't aim for SP. I am not going to argue the difference or lack thereof between OBE, AP and LD, at least not today and not in this thread. Therefore what follows is my opinion only. SP is for OBE and AP and is much more difficult to do then LD. Thus don't aim for SP.

Use the 5000 year old WILD found on this forum (I cant put link) and concentrate on your third eye, and as images start coming (start daydreaming if they don't) keep track of the images and follow them, you will suddenly find you have literally stepped into your dream.

When you do find yourself in your dream, take it easy and slow. just observe if you have to. At this point your body is not really asleep, and any sudden movement or high excitement can wake you up.

For this all I can say is try to find recurring places and themes in your dreams that also occur in real life. And every time you find yourself in that theme or place do a thorough RC.

Another thing you may do is always assume you are dreaming and do RC to check. Instead of RCing to check if you are dreaming, RC to check if you are awake.

See answer to number 4 and practice.
Thank you so much, I'm doing WBTB right now, I'll work on this.
