      You already dream.
What you need help on is remembering them.
Do you keep your Dream Journal directly beside your bed?
If so, when you wake up, don't immediately get out of bed. Lay there for a 5 minutes.
A lot of times, at least your last dream will come to you if you think hard enough about it while laying there.

The Dream Journal as Lost_Prophet explained above is definitely key in remembering your dreams! Something that I find to be an invaluable tool for me is my portable dream journal on my Android. If you have the option to, I highly recommend installing a Journal app so that you can make entries if you happen to recall something throughout the day.

Also, as you are lying there keep your eyes closed and allow the environment to remain dark, this has helped me many a time. My diet has played a huge role in changing how often I remember my dreams too, taking B12 or Vitamin B complex definitely helps to increase the vividness of dreams.

Lastly, take into account how much sleep you are getting...enough? Too much? When do you wake up? Your sleep schedule could also be a reason why you have difficulty in remembering dreams. Try to affirm ritually to yourself before you fall asleep "I WILL remember my dreams!"

Good luck and welcome to DV! ~ peace

You can use a mantra like "I will remember my dreams"

Focus on some deep breathing exercises or just hone in on your breathing in general. One of my mantras that I have used for almost 15 years is this... on the inhale, I don't actually speak it, but sort of say it under my breath and think it at the same time: inhale "Haam" , exhale "Saah"... this is relaxing to me, and allows my mind to shut off for a bit so I can center myself and clear my head.
