Welcome to DreamViews! Half the battle is getting into SP, then comes the transition. It is much harder to achieve WILD when not using WBTB or day time naps. WILDing upon first going to sleep can be frustrating, even if you get into SP, the transition can be difficult. I strongly suggest trying to WILD during day time naps if you don't want to do WBTB (generally 1 to 8 hours after waking in the morning). It sounds to me like you did pretty well for only your 4th try. Once you get into SP, stay as relaxed and calm as possible. Just observe the darkness and soon HH/HI will begin to come in to play. Just casually observe any hallucinations as if they were a semi-interesting movie. Allow your body to fall deeper and deeper into relaxation. WILD takes experience and practice, just keep at it. Good luck to you and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!

I figured out today that what I was in wasn't SP. I was just really numb and relaxed from my breathing exercise
Any other suggestion from here? Still trying to improve my dream recall for DILD's and stuff...
