Welcome to DreamViews! The first few times you become lucid it is very common to be kicked from the dream rather quickly. The feeling is a bit overwhelming at first and takes a bit of getting used to. The idea to stay calm and act as if you are an experienced LDer and becoming lucid is the norm for you. Any excess of emotion, whether be fear, excitement, etc can kick you from the dream. With time you will learn your emotional limits within the dream state. Every time you become lucid, I suggest performing some stabilization techniques immediately. This will help everything sink and really settle down for you. Dreams tend to be very unstable, soit is always a good idea to perform a few stabilization techniques...even if the dream seems crystal clear. I would definitely recommend starting and keeping up with a dream journal (whether it be in a notebook, or here online, or whatever). Indeed, you should question whether you could be dreaming during waking life. Perform some RCs daily and these will hopefully transfer into the dream state and provide opportunities for lucidity. Good luck to you and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!
