For the past year or so i have been dreaming every time i take a nap or sleep. My recall i feel is pretty good. Sometimes i do not remember the dream right when i wake up, but later in the day it dawns on me what my dream was about. About a week ago i was reading about lucid dreaming and then went to take a nap. During this nap i realized that i was dreaming and in that moment i felt my whole body vibrating and tried to hold off the fear but couldn't and woke up. Is it normal for vibrations to be happening? Should i start writing down my dreams? Since then i have not been able to realize that I am dreaming. Should i put the "Am i dreaming" check into practice?
