Well for starters I'm in my late teens. Having a hard time trying to tell the differences between dreams and reality. My dreams seem so real now that I have Anxiety attacks in my sleep, and its getting harder for me to sleep, and when I do sleep I can't seem to wake myself up when I have troubled dreams. I cry in my sleep and move around. Sometimes I hurt myself in my sleep without meaning too. For instance I would get hit in the arm in my dreams and I would wake up and have a briuse on my arm from where I got hit in my dreams. So I been kind of looking around and seeing WHY I am having this happen and seeing if I can over come it. |
