Question tiemmmm. 1. How do I get the most vivid dreams? NO DRUGS PLEASE. I am only 13. I will accept diet changes, like broccoli. I do eat my veggies. :3 2. Which is the best technique for getting lucid? 3. What are Sleep Paralysis hallucinations like? Anything scary? I hate scary stuff. 4. Hug? (forgot the rest of my questions. Im usually not this excited and my grammar is not this horrible, its just that I am excited that I got off for spring break and am looking forward to having a week to get lucid.) So yeah.

Hey buddy, welcome to DreamViews! 1. Try keeping a dream journal, every morning before school I usually jot down some quick notes of my dreams then throughout the day I remember more parts and at night I write the full dream out. Helps with lucids, remembering dreams, and of course the vividness. I heard milk and cheese help as well. 2. There is no real "best" way. Some are hard to master, easy to learn and the opposite. DILD is the most common newbie method. WILD is tougher, but far more rewarding. I jsut had my first WILD a week or so ago. Was AMAZING. 3. Pretty creepy, you'll see things trying to grab at you in the dark or along those lines. Just keep telling yourself this is all FAKE. 4. Of course.
