      Hello dreamers!

      Hello dreamers!

So I am new here and I wanted to say hi to you all. My name's Ben, I'm from Lithuania. I've recently heard about Lucid Dreaming and I was so amazed. I have watched tons of videos of how to lucid dream. It does look very complicated and hard to develop, but I am determined to have atleast 1 lucid dream. The problem that I have confronted is that everyone is talking about "Reality Checks" during a dream, but the problem is that I fall asleep, wake up in a morning and thats it. I don't remember any dreams so I can't even check if I am dreaming or not.

I will try repeating myself "I will lucid dream" over and over again this night and I hope it will help me atleast staying a second in a lucid dream.

So my questions to you all guys are: what technique do you use? What was your best Lucid Dream? How does it feel in a Lucid Dream? Can you really do anything you want to do, see anyone you want to see?

Wow, that's cool! How long do your lucid dreams usually last?

Continue your attempts and don't worry about the pace of your progress. Enjoy the experience of getting better at this

The way I would tackle not remembering is to start a Dream Journal. Record whatever is on your mind as soon as you wake up. Fragments, sounds, smells, emotions, feelings, any remnant of a dream you can recall. As you do this regularly, your mind will start to condition itself to remember more and more. This is a great way to improve your recall.

      2. I had Lucid Dream, but I woke up fast. Although it was the best experience of my life.
      3. It feels better than in the real world.
      4. You can do even much more.
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.
