I was wondering if anybody has experianced this... My eyes are open and my mind is completley awake. My body however is not moving at all. I can barely breathe and my heart is pounding. But I'm not sure that this is happening when I'm sleeping. When this happens I look around and it is exaclty were I am sleeping at. That freaks me out even more because then my mind screams theres something wrong. It feels like a heart attack. I get this intense feeling that something is not just watching me but holding me with its gaze. This something is daring me to move and seems glad that I can't 2 or 3 minutes go by before I can fight my way out of it. I do mean fight, one hell of a fight. Then as fast as it began I fall into what i can only describe as a coma. I wake up feeling like I closed my eyes only for a second before the "attack" and only for a second afterward. Feels like I did not sleep at all. Any advise. Any anything to either not have this happen or fight out of it faster. |

Like gameoverlord said, they're just hallucinations. You don't need to worry about having a heart attack because your physical heart isn't actually beating that fast. Once you come to terms with the fact that it can't really harm you, then you can relax. Being relaxed is key if you want to stop having these frightening hallucinations, you can learn to control them somewhat if you just stay calm. |
