      Lucidity or Heart attack(lol)?

Hi guys been reading from DV for a while and decided to ask help from pro dreamers(doesnt sound right)... (thats you!)

I've been practicing LD for a while now. This morning i tried becoming lucid...I had this hazy dream that seemed like a brick game and a guy told me if I finished the level i'd become lucid. I finished the game and i felt a sudden surge of energy as if I were being sucked into a portal in front of me and I was like (OH YEAH!) then returned to my bed which I suspect was a FA.
Can anyone give me advice on what to do if this happens again?

Teleport, kill the guy or finish the game. You decide if you want to be lucid or not when you know you are lucid.

Yeah but he wasn't lucid lol, it was one of those weird semi- partially- things where you kinda realize it in the back of your head but at the same time you really have no idea at all.

If you've experienced it, you know what I mean. >.>

Now, I'm guessing that you wanted advice on what to do about FAs, and not so much what to do about semi-lucids dreams (cause honestly there isn't really anything you can do, it just happens).

If I were you I'd get in the habit of doing reality checks whenever you wake up.

      Problem solved.

You can then turn every FA into an instant lucid.

I don't do that because I've only had one or two FAs that I've remembered in my entire life, so it hasn't ever seemed to be a necessary thing for me, but I'd recommend it for you if you get FAs a lot (which I'm assuming you do, since you asked how to deal with them).

      Good luck

I have had a heart attack when I was quite young, in my teens. It was probably a blod clot that stuck in a valve. It cleared as I was passing out, but left me with minor valve damage-heart murmur.

In lucid's the exileration and feelings can be, and oft is, quite independent of body functions.

Lucid Dreamers having successful Heart Attacks never post their experiences in DV!!!

What is a successful heart attack? And what is there to talk about? I do not believe that the heart really cares about when you have one.

I am talking about the cardiac arrests that happen during the sleep, which leads to the end of the person. It happens to many people. What may be the cause?
Can a bad dream/nightmare lead to it?

i've heard of some people dying because of nightmare. some who survived claim that they couldn't move (which is part of sleep paralysis)

      now about my dream.
the part when i was being sucked in felt really real. and i saw some visions what would i do since i was gonna be lucid and as the vibration got stronger and i was like omfg this it! then suddenly i fell back on my bed..
sometimes i cant differentiate a FA and maybe a real awakening since i just fall back to sleep anyways.

I just often recall looking at the room even lying in bed but remembered closing my eyes before that scene which i then presume was a FA.

I have to wake up for school at 6 am which is not good for practicing LDs

Yeah, I know what you are talking about, just didn't quite connenct the dots here. It's a real bitch when you wake up and realized that you missed a big chance of becoming lucid.
