      Hello to everyone!

Greetings! I'm tastypavlova. I only recently began considering Lucid Dreaming when I read about it about two weeks ago. Since then, I've started a dream journal, started to practice some DILD (WILD isn't possible until some break time rolls around and sleep isn't that important) and I can actually see some noticeable changes. I month ago I wasn't even having dreams, but now I'm beginning to have some very vivid ones every night. With a regularly updated dream journal, and to remind myself I need to do a reality check or look for a dream sign (I always forget these things) I'm hoping I can achieve Lucidity, and achieve it quite regularly afterwards.

But I would also like to say hello to everyone! I'm hoping to get involved with some great discussion over the coming months. I am hoping to also do some more research into LD and try and discover some ways we can all prolong the dream or have them more frequently (this could be anything from changing sleeping patterns to playing video games before you sleep to even changing your diet). Once I begin to LD and experience it first-hand I'll hopefully attain some more knowledge on the subject.

Hope to you see you all around . Good luck with all your LD goals too!

      Hey welcome to the forum

You sound like you're motivated to learn, which is good. There's a lot of good information on here and people willing to answer any questions you might have. Good luck with the LDs!

      Thanks guys!

I'll probably read through all the tutorials a few times to get a general idea of what I should be doing, but for now I'm thinking just some simple exercises to get my dreams going and maybe identify a dream sign as a write out my dream journal, that would help a lot since I only really have the time to to the DILD method.

You can't NOT have dreams. You just couldn't remember them. ;D And welcome.
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

Well you learn something new every day don't you . I'll keep that in mind then, might come in handy in the future. And thanks, hopefully I can get a bit more involved over the next month or so .
