      I'm using hemi-sync

      Hi everyone,

      I just started using hemi-sync ld series two days ago. I haven't ld yet but I think I'm slowly making progress. First night I was so anxious as I relaxed (oxymoron i know) that by the time I was supposed to be asleep my heart was pounding so much. The second night I was muchh more relaxed and felt like I was moving just to the edge of sleep area but not fully. I plan on sticking with this for 2 weeks at least and see where it takes me. Has anyone had experience with this?

      Try to relax and fall asleep as opposed to focusing.... or just keep at it until you get bored and can calm down your heart. Let us know how your two weeks work out. I had the tape version of the Lucid Dreaming series - I loved the cover design with the frog with closed eyes, but open in the water's refelection.
