Hey! I'm new here.
I looked into Lucid Dreaming a few weeks back. I watched a lot of tutorials and read a lot of material so I'm pretty familiar with the terminology and whanot. I started keeping a dream journal - I use my iTouch for my morning alarm and I have a dream journal app on there so it's right by my bed at all times. After a few mornings I just stopped and kinda didn't bother trying to LD anymore. Thing is, I REALLY want to do it, like, really badly. 
I don't suppose you could help me achieve it? All I basically need to know is how to do it effectively, preferably from people who have had success with LDing before.
