      Indroduction of Kilpikonna

Hello to the dream views community!!!
I am looking forward to the exchange here.

Originally I just wanted to learn animal communication. But as all the standard techniques did just not work for me, I started to look for alternative approaches.

After a while I thought, that practicing OBEs might be the way for me. And again, none of the methods did work for me, but I managed to develop my own "method" and had my first little successes after about a year of trial and error.

With more experience I realized, that I actually do have WILDs. I have been practicing to achieve OBE/WILD now for about two years and do achieve since few months reliable one or multiple WILDs per practice session.

What works best for me is to take a early start in the morning. Have breakfast with coffee and then take 90 minutes of time. Starting with about 10 minutes sitting meditation to clear my aura and enhance my focus. Lying down on the back with extra high cushion and relaxing the whole body by moving attention. When I notice a light dream, I let myself drop/fall/spin and get this way the feeling of my energy body moving. From there it is like getting up from my bed. Sometimes I can notice the right frame of mind while just lying and start moving out.

Yesterday I did read here about rubbing the hands to stabilize the dream and tested it already - it resulted in a very clear vision. So I am looking forward for more inspiration!!!

Wow that's very cool that you are already so good at WILD. You said you wanted to learn animal communication. How come you want to? If you don't mind me asking.

Welcome to the forums hope to see you around.

      Thank you for the welcomes!
I started to be interested into animal communication, as I am interested in the perspective of the animals. Often I find the interpretation people come up with about animal behavior doubtful. Also with animal communication you can help sometimes finding the source of some problems - for example if an animal does have pain.

So far my lucid dreams are too short and I only managed maybe 2-3 times to get into "public places". But I believe now it won't anymore take too long, until I can start communicate with more then just dream characters. Having found this forum I think will help me boost up my skills!
