I just relax, listen to music, or watch TV and the dreams just randomly come to me. |

Someone said he would put himself into a state of hpynosis, a sort of zone-out state where he could remember his dreams. I would find this particularly useful since when I dont get much sleep I usually can“t remeber many dreams either. Does anyone know a good method to do this? |

Yes, I love you all! ^^
I have been doing that for years. I can put myself under very quickly. I started by applying techniques for hypnotizing others on myself. I would relax each part of my body one at a time and imagine myself on a cloud sinking closer to earth or something like that. Now I am trained and don't have to think about it, it just happens. |

I allow myself to enter a certain state when I wake up, though it is not a form of self-hypnosis by ANY means. My dad wakes me up in the mornings (nice deal -- it helps when you don't use an alarm clock). Then he leaves and gives me ten minutes (not very generous, but any more and he'd have to get up earlier) to run over my dream and write down the main points in my journal. If I have more to record than that, I write it down while I'm nreakfasting or in the car on the way to school (as I chose not to drive -- because of dreams, actually). |

It is important that we do not judge these few unbiased moments of our lives, but take them as they are. There is no nightmare for the lucid dreamer, nor no shadows on the mind.

Yeah! Good question! I made a tape today to see if it could induce LDs through subliminal messaging today and I“ll test it when I got to sleep (which will be in about 5 minutes) but I did in second person, cuz I įlways talk to myself that way, I guess. |
