So it only happened once, but two days ago I studied maths (limits and asymptotes) from 8 PM to ~10:45 PM for a maths exam the next day (which I did very well). |

Interesting. It might have been a coincidence (spelling?), but you could be on to something. As much as I hate math, I think I'll give this a try. |

Alright, I'm going to sleep right now after three hours of physics. I hope it works. |

Keep us updated. May try this tonight. I wonder if it would be math/logic only or other forms of mental exercises. What about verbal or visual arts as well, exercising the creative centers? Who knows? |

I have been trying to become lucid for 2 weeks now, and studied for exams right before bed the last two nights with no results. I'm not saying that you are incorrect however, I think you might be onto something because although my dreams were not lucid, they were still extremely vivid. Training your brain to memorize right before sleeping may increase the chances of dream memory while sleeping. My exams were for chemistry (which involves math), and Biology. I might try this again tonight! |

That sounds cool maybe I'll try this, but I haven't remembered dreams for a few days for some reason, so I really hope this works! |
