Very vivid weird dreams after I wake up and go back to sleep

I wake up at like 1pm, go back to sleep, and then like I have these really vivid, intresting, really weird dreams, I can't even explain it but I thought up a good idea for some sort of gigantic boat/water park

I recall them well, and can recall 1-2 dreams per night, but I can't believe I don't notice they arn't real when I am say, drinking coke from a bottle thats just $100 bills printed instead of the regular coke thing, or when I'm on some sort of american idle and I out-rap like, snoop lol (i hate rap )

Then theres the fear and loathing dreams where I do like 30 different drugs and I wake up and I stay high for like a couple minutes, thats so weird is that like placebo or is my brain actually releasing endorphines because it thinks Im smoking grass, or droppin acid?

that used to happen to me all the time.

i used to (and still do) drink a glass of water, before going to bed (w/in 20min) some times i remember the dream i'm having before i wake up and go to the bathroom, but i always remembered every dream i had after going back to sleep again.

i don't know what your brain is doing. but i would just enjoy it. have you ever tried the drugs you use in your dreams in real life?

some drugs are great, if your strong enough to stay in control. not great if you're weak get hooked on things easily, like alcohol, gambling, video games, etc.

me personally, i stay away from man made things. also stayed away from stuff that actually WILL hook you, like coke. but i think cigs are worse tho. all the addiction, none of the high, plethora of potential health probs, and slow death from the health probs.

I also tend to remember more dreams after I've woken up and gone back to sleep.

I've recently had recurring dreams where I've either been smoking a cig or doing some other drug! LOL Which is very weird, because I have no intention of doing drugs in my life.. and I've tried smoking before, and never even had the slightest urge of doing it again.

By the way, anyone know how many dreams people have a night, on average? I thought I read somewhere it was 3-5...

Yea the drugs in my dreams: pot, shrooms, acid, salvia etc I've all done, but its always the same when I wake up, like reality is still altered, or I have this little body high that goes away quick, I don't hallucinate or anything it's hard to explain
