      Lucid dreaming really is cool. It most likely requires some practise to actually have an LD but it really is worth all the trouble.

      what should i do if i cant rember my dreams? i fell asleep last night telling myself i was going to wake up and rember my dreams but that didnt work ): i will give it another try tonight and tomorronight and so on 8)

      Hey Aramis, I haven't had too many LD's (lucid dreams) but I'll tell ya, WHEN you do you're in for a treat.

      I highly recommend the tutorial section of this site - Lots and lots of good info there including dream recall.
