Welcome back to DreamViews! Recall takes some time to build. Start making a conscious effort to remember your dreams. Fall asleep with the intention in your mind. Make sure you start up a dream journal if you haven't already. When you wake up in the morning, try not to move much. Just try and remember any pieces of a dream that you can. Immediately write them down. If you can't remember anything, write down, "Couldn't recall any dreams today" or something similar. This will keep the idea and intention of recalling dreams active in your mind. If you would like to enhance your recall quickly, you can set alarms throughout the night. This way, you will wake up in between or toward the end of your dreams. You can then write them down and they won't be lost as the night progresses. Its much easier to recall multiple dreams this way. If you sleep through the entire night, often times, you will only remember the most recent dream. Hope this helped a bit.
