      Question about LD

Hello, I'm new to the idea of lucid dreaming and have a few questions.

When you have a dream, most of the time you wake up and realize that what just happened was a dream.

So in a lucid dream do you only remember that you chose to do something. Or can you actually vividly experience the LD as it is going on?

Welcome to DV! LDs can be both, it depends on your dream recall. so I suggest you build up a good dream recall so you can experience the feeling of experiencing a lucid dream more often.

For some people, LDs just look like something you really did in waking life, it's like a normal memory.
When you finish reading this, do a REALITY CHECK!!

Well, all my LDs have mostly been like regular dreams, but I guess it varies. I think if you start to lucid dream more and you get better recall, you will feel like you are more "in" the dream.
