      Hi, I'm newbie

I am really puzzled that why you guys always talking of lucid dreams. What's the difference if it is not lucid?

Dreams are only dreams. Just let it be.

Not true, there is a distinct difference. In a non lucid dream you aren't aware of the dream. Because of this you may have some control but not the thinking and abilities of a lucid dream.

If there wasn't anything special about lucid dreams do you think this website would exist?

I hope this is just a troll but if it isn't I shall give you a huge difference between a lucid and non lucid dream!

In a normal dream I cannot CHOOSE to do anything, whereas in a lucid dream I can CHOOSE to shag Scarlett Johansson!

Its a pretty simple idea, but it has HUGE ramifications if you can learn to control it. You can manifest anything or anyone in a lucid dream and even feel emotions that are not possible in waking life. If you truly believe that dreams are just dreams...even when not lucid then that is your opinion, but millions of people worldwide feel they mean something and the fact we still have no real knowledge about why we have them is to me meaning enough!

Like I said I hope this is a huge troll, but if not..please take a serious look into lucid dreaming, it changed my way of thinking and will probably change yours

He's just a newbie. Well Non-lucid dreams are where you aren't aware and you really can't have much control.

In a lucid dream you have control (not all the time). When you are experienced at it you can do pretty much anything. Fly, fight, have sex. Pretty much anything you want. It's really a cool experience and (in my opinion) is better than any video game you can play.

So pretty much: Non Lucid= Unaware that you are dreaming and no control.
Lucid= Control and aware that you are dreaming.

      Hope this helps.
