I don't understand what you said. You will wake up naturally but be in a dream?

so i will wake up in the middle of the night and do a RC and i will be in a dream? and to get out of an LD i will just wake up naturally?

Off topic question is it possible to accidentally go into a WILD by waking up in the middle of the night and falling back asleep

      Slow down buddy haha...
When you are in a dream and realize you are dreaming (by simple awareness or reality check) you will be "awake" in your dream. You will be fully conscious and everything you see, hear, taste, etc. (if the dream is vivid and has good clarity) can be/feel just as real as realife.

"so i will wake up in the middle of the night and do a RC and i will be in a dream?" If you do have a FA (you don't have one every single night.) , and remember to do a RC, then yes you will be in a lucid dream because you found out you are dreaming.

'to get out of an LD i will just wake up naturally?" If this is your question, yes you get out of a lucid dream without SP by waiting for the dream to end and waking up later. (Not hard, just go with the flow of your dream and lose lucidity.)

"is it possible to accidentally go into a WILD by waking up in the middle of the night and falling back asleep" Yes, if you stay awake mentally by keeping a bit of conciousness for a few minutes and falling asleep. Also if you are in a lucid dream and wake up, if you just stay still and keep your eyes shut, you should be back ina dream in no time.

Yeah it's weird! The first time you lucid dream, you will either be really happy or really scared. But I DO know the next time you are lucid it will be pure excitement! It was for me!

Just to let you know, you experience SP every night. You just aren't aware when it is happening. All those scary stories, from whom have you heard these? Probably from people who don't really know that SP is a natural thing and that it's just hallucinations. Just remember, it's all in your head, it's not real...

I had scary experiences with SP before I knew what it was, but now that I know what it is, I never get scared. Instead I use it to enter lucids.

Hey, before you sleep, can't remember if I told you or not, but you should set up an alarm for like 4.5 or 6 hours after you fall asleep. That way you can perform a MILD or DILD with a much greater chance of sucess!

You seem to be scared of EVERYTHING. It's a dream, but your conscious in it... there is nothing to be scared of. The sensations you get in SP are all fake... so don't be scared. If you take the time to read some of the tutorials, all your questions will be explained.

Ahh lol, for me, that's super cool and exciting, but not scary. You can do ANYTHING, go ANYWHERE, see ANYBODY, it's incredible, GET EXCITED, NOT SCARED

Here is what lucid dreaming is (from a DILD perspective): You are in a dream. You realize, for whatever reason that you are dreaming. -Fill in the blank-. Then you either lose lucidity and continue to dream, or wake up. There is normally no lapse in consciousness between when a lucid dream ends and when you wake up.

I replaced the actual contents of the lucid dream with -fill in the blank- because it can really be such a wide variety of experiences for different people. In general, when a person gets lucid for the first time (especially when they have been trying to achieve lucidity for a while), they feel an amazing rush of freedom and general bliss. From there, some wake up. Others proceed to start fulfilling their fantasies (whatever they want), while others simply stare at their hands or the environment, marveling at the realism, until the dream fades.

Do not be afraid, because nothing can truly hurt you in a lucid dream. You are probably far more likely to have a bad experience in a normal dream than a lucid one. Also, lucidity is consciousness. It is not just a memory when you wake up, you are conscious within the dream.

mine are usually in the day. but I can change from day to night, which I did to go to the moon once
and ok, there are no pains in lucid dreams, you can fly, shoot fire from your tips, etc.
When I wake up from an LD, whether it be directly or later in the night, I remember it as a memory, and I remember how it felt when it happened
I don't know if thats the same as others, but you will know what I'm talking about when you get one
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.
      -Edvard Munch
