      semi-lucid dream question

I guess if being able to move in a dream makes you lucid, then I have had a lucid dream. But, every dream I have is weird.

I have 2 questions. Are you able to talk in dreams? And why are my dreams always slo-motion, when I can controll them. Its anoying because I try to move but it takes like a minut .. any help/advice would be appreciated.

Being able to move. You mean do whatever you want? Being lucid means you know it's a dream. Also, yes, talking is just as common as in real life. Why your dreams are in slow motion I cannot say, but if you experience it next time and you're lucid, tell yourself you can move faster. Good luck!
