it may just be the excitment of lucid dreaming. I wouldn't worry, I doubt it's any kind of disorder. you might want to try meditation (or something) to relax yourself before sleep? I wouldn't worry about it. |

For the past few days, which I have been reading, trying, doing stuff about lucid dreaming. I have been having a hard time getting to sleep, and I have found myself waking up about 3 times each night, often closely after I first fall to sleep. Normally I can just jump to bed, and I'll fall asleep within a minute, while my mind is totally clear of thoughts, seems like I have developed a sleeping disorder or something. What could be the reason for this? |

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.
Seems weird, it has never been a problem for me before. No matter what I have eaten or been drinking hav n ever affected my sleep. I usually just fall right asleep. Now i've been feeling as well that I have to move my legs around a lot in bed before I feel comfortable. |

I still wouldn't worry about, unless maybe the problem persists for a long time. just try meditating or doing something to relax yourself before you go to bed, and don't worry about unless it's something that is having a negative effect on your life...it seems to me like all it is, is waking up a few times during the night? everyone wakes up several times during the night, though most of the time they don't remember it. it's perfectly normal. |
