I still wouldn't worry about, unless maybe the problem persists for a long time. just try meditating or doing something to relax yourself before you go to bed, and don't worry about unless it's something that is having a negative effect on your life...it seems to me like all it is, is waking up a few times during the night? everyone wakes up several times during the night, though most of the time they don't remember it. it's perfectly normal. |
