Start by writing down your dreams in a Dream Journal. This is to increase your recall. Then you need to believe in yourself and looking forward to gettling lucid. Having a goal you want to accomplish is a great motivator. Start doing Reality Checks and perhaps try some other techniques like MILD, WILD or WBTB out. Just keep on experimenting with them all and you'll see which one fits you the best.
