Yeah, music is fine and can be used to anchor your consciousness. I suggest you keep it on a low volume. Any type of music will be fine, but you don't want it to draw too much attention. If your neck starts hurting, slowly move it to a more comfortable position. Then continue with the process as if you had never moved.
