      WILDing.... aaaargh D:

      Hellow ... I can't use the wild teqnicue thing, and i got a few questions about it...
      Can i hear music to it? if so, which music is best?
      My neck is annoying me... Anyone who got a solution to avoid, the annoying feeling of there is something in my neck...

      Yeah, music is fine and can be used to anchor your consciousness. I suggest you keep it on a low volume. Any type of music will be fine, but you don't want it to draw too much attention. If your neck starts hurting, slowly move it to a more comfortable position. Then continue with the process as if you had never moved. Fighting discomfort and pain can often times keep you from succeeding. Good luck and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!
