that's great. once you can recall one per night, you should be ready to use any technique. if you'd like, I could provide you with some tips on recalling your dreams.

alright well. as soon as you wake up, try not to move or open your eyes, because it can make remembering your dreams more diffifult. immediately focus only on what you were just dreaming about, don't think about getting up or what you're going to do today etc. if you can't remember anything at all, think about how you feel. happy? sad? calm? stressed? emotions can carry over from dreams so it may help you remember something. if you still have nothing, think about things that you've been thinking alot about lately- problems, worries, goals, desires. dreams likely consist of current issues in your life. also think of places you go to alot, and people you spend alot of time around, those too could be in your dreams. if you get anything at all, no matter how much or little it is, write it down. it's important to keep a dream journal to record your dreams in when you are trying to build recall, it can be very helpful.
hopefully that will help you out some...if you have any questions or anything just ask.

I never reminded any of my dreams except the bad ones.
