Hey..I'm Alex... This is totally out of my character to consider things such as lucid dreaming but I decided it's time for me to get to know myself a little better and be more in touch with what my dreams mean. I bought "Lucid Dreaming" By Stephen Laberge at half price books yesterday and got home and immediately read half of it before going to sleep. I can actually recall 3 of the dreams that I had last night pretty vividly! I practiced the exercises that the book recommends all through the night. I wasn't able to catch on to any of the dreamsigns, however when I woke up this morning and started my first entry in my dream journal there were things that were obviously pretty big red flags that I was dreaming. At one point I was either briefly lucid or I was just dreaming that I was lucid. Either way this is soooo intense for me and I can't wait to learn more and have more control over this.. Any suggestions, books, exercises etc would be very much appreciated.. |

Thanks :-). The motivations is definitely there. Just the fact that i was able to recall 3 dreams last night is a pretty good driving factor!! Can't wait to learn more and hear everyone else's experiences. |
