Hey everyone. I just thought of a sort of WBTB technique, and I'm posting here just because I need some feedback from people on if it is good or not.

My twin and I are both into lucid dreaming (i'm a bit more than she is though, she just now got back into it). And this is how it would go:

We are testing out certain good WBTB times. For tonight we chose 5 hours after falling asleep.
So we're going to sleep at 9:30.. setting alarm for 2:30. We're going to wake up at our alarms, go to the bathroom, get a drink of water, etc. And then we're going to sit down for a few minutes and talk about the recent dreams we had, or just talk about lucid dreaming in general. Then we'd either all asleep or perform a technique.

So what do you think about it? Is it good? I guess I'll find out tonight.
