Thread: Need some more help

Having more trouble getting to sleep paralysis. Here's what happens. I get some sort of weird feeling in my arms, which feels like my circulation is cut a bit. I never reach sleep paralysis because I twitch, but it doesn't feel like I twitched. Once I reach sleep paralysis, I think I can take it from there.

Well, to reach SP consciously isn't a walk in the park. Some people have a very hard time doing so. Perhaps you should try another technique. Or you can try it during the night. DEILD style or just during a WBTB. Alot easier.

I'll look into the WBTB, a lot easier, and my current schedule permits it. Thanks!
