lucid dreams VS OBE's?

hi, i was just wondering if there was a difference between lucid dreams and OBE (out of body experiences)?

i have never had either, so i would like to know which is better and easier to do

I can tell you that a lucid dream is simply dreaming while being in understanding that you are in the dream world and not the real world. Even though I've been reading stuff on here for nearly a year, I'm still not exactly sure what an OBE is or what it feels like. I think it has something to do with your spirit leaving your body. I'm not sure what they're doing outside their body though.

I'm very far from being an expert on either. Just from my limited personal experience: the difference is huge.
A lucid dream is being aware that you are dreaming, while you are in the dream.
An out of body experience is when you watch your body from outside of it, in real life. Can be caused by dissociative hallucinogens or a traumatic experience. (Among other things, I'm assuming. Certainly.)

If the definition is more broad than I've experienced, they could very well overlap somewhere. And I'm willing to be corrected.
