Dreaming after waking up at 6 and going back to sleep sounds similar to a DEILD (Dream Exit Initiated Lucid Dream) except for the lucid part. If you do this more often, keep a dream journal, and do the reality check thing, I bet you could boost your dream recall beyond 6am. After you boost your recall, I bet you could have lucid dreams real easy and be a master at dream control.

Personally though, I'm a bit of a skeptic for most of the things in the Beyond Dreaming Section like OBEs. OBEs just sound like weird lucid dreams to me. I do have some beliefe in shared dreaming though. I feel like I could be coming close sometimes.
