Cool Hello World! A question is included ;-)

Hey everyone, I just came across this forum on the internet and I think I really found my home. Reason is: I always had a goal of achieving Lucid Dreaming, and since I was like 15 I was trying to find a path to reach this absolutely new frontier on my life.

I'm able to achieve some level of control in my dreams, I'm able to change aspects of the dream, such as architecture, light and sound...I'm even capable of keeping a number "fixed", as we know, numbers in clocks, screens, etc always change in dreams, so I guess this is a good start. However, I'm not always capable of achieving this dream control, and I wonder why....maybe a stressful day ? Wrong food ? Do you guys have any idea if those factors may interfere with the LD/DC Capacity ?

      Thanks guys!

I don't think food can mess with your ability to control dreams. Stress may be a factor though.

In dreams the only thing hold you back? Yourself. If you can convince yourself that you are the 'God' of the dream world control can be much easier.

Welcome to the forums and good luck lucid dreaming.

I think there are some tests related to food having affect on your dreams, but food shouldn't mess with dream control. Mental blocks or things like stress and anxiety might ruin your dream control though. Probly anything that lowers your mind's performance. Welcome to dream views by the way!

THIS is why you are not always capable of achieving dream control.
      I promise.
You have as much dream control as you know you do.
