      Question Lucid?

Last night, I used a the WBTB at 3:25, went back to bed after focusing on LDing, and I think I had an LD. I just found myself saying "I am dreaming". I wasn't in a very describable place. Then, everything faded to black and I either woke up or stopped dreaming. What should I do to try this again and actually have an LD?

You were aware that you were dreaming, ipso facto you were lucid. There are varying degrees of lucidity though. Try doing a RC and some clarity increasing techniques in order to stabilize the dream.

Yeah, next time stabilize the dream by rubbing your hands and looking at them. If you still wake up, don't worry. It happens to most people in the beginning.
