      Paranoid

      It sucks, Ive DILD and I want to WILD, I can make my mind go blank quite easily, but I get paranoid lying there, vunerable, and its slowing my progress.

      Ruined my WBTB last night.

      Do you get anxiety/paranoia frequently? I think that possibly doing relaxation/meditation/lucid dreaming induction techniques might help ebb that over time - it definitely has for me.
