Strange?

i had my first few lucid about a month ago! yay!...but! is it stange that my lucid dreams were very vivid and i didn't even need to stabalize them? well i'll give a brief summery of what happened. i started instantly in the start of the dream being lucid and i was in a hallway that was brightly lit i tried to stabalize my dream by looking at the wall until i realized that it was already stabalized. i woke up. then went back to bed. i was in a super market, i knew i was dreaming and my dream was stabalized. i walked around the store looking around at all the stuff and i was trying to find one of my guy friends so i asked around to a dancer and a group of people, they didn't know where he was. then at the back of the super market i saw another big of people surrounding a showcase and then i saw a person impersonating my friend i was looking for. i turned around and saw a fat construction worker. i was really exited at ths point and told him, "do you know i'm dreaming?" and he said, "what?" i reapted, "i'm dream-" then i realized i shouldn't do this because i herd that the dc come after you sometimes and said, "never mind" walking away. i finally see my friend and i am happy cause' i didnt want to look for him foever. we walk down one of the big isles in the store and i say to him ," bradley, i'm dreaming and so are you" ( i said 'so are you' because i wanted to see if it was him and not a dc) bradley,"ya i know" i look at him stangly, "so...you know your dreaming?" "ya and you are to" "okay..." then it became a dream and i gave him a hug waking up. last one, (i don't remeber this one so much) i became lucid instantly, i was in a field and there was a fancy brown chair in front of me. i stared at it to stabalize my dream but again it was already stabalized and i thought that was strange. i don't remeber but i think there was a mansion behind me that was in another dream. the place was really green with lovly grass. i looked around but there was really nothing to take in ecxept a black cat that passed by me and i let it leave. i woke up. that was longer than i thought it would be but i really also wanted to tell what happend and ask the question important things to remeber: i was sick when this happend but i already know that when you wake up and fall asleep constantly you are more concious in a dream (i think thats right?) i got exited but it didn't unstabalize my dream my dreams were very stable

It sounds like you don't have to stabilize the dream. If you don't have to do it, then just keep on doing whatever you want. If you try to stabilize too much without the need to, you will put focus on the fact that you're dreaming, which might result in you waking up. It sounds like you did just that. And if you fall asleep again after waking up, and has just had a Lucid. Your chances of getting another one is greater. You're excited and have it freshly in your mind as you go back to sleep. Keep on dreaming!

you can rub ur hands, gently spin, or use a word command like "resolve!" to make the dream more vivid and huey.

well i think it was as vivid it could get. it was pretty real but what do i know? =P thanks for the info ^_^

It sounds like you don't have to stabilize the dream. If you don't have to do it, then just keep on doing whatever you want. If you try to stabilize too much without the need to, you will put focus on the fact that you're dreaming, which might result in you waking up. It sounds like you did just that. And if you fall asleep again after waking up, and has just had a Lucid. Your chances of getting another one is greater. You're excited and have it freshly in your mind as you go back to sleep.
