Thumbs up Lucid Dreaming: Fully Charged - Schedule to Success

      Hey guys,

I'd like to thank you for the great tutorials and posts here on DV. They have proven to be very helpful and inspirational.

I am lucky enough to be very flexible when it comes to planning my day/life. I can pretty much sleep as long as I want and go to bed at any time, or take a nap.

This inspired me to ask for advice to plan a schedule that allows me to make more progress and later on experience more LDs (haven't had one yet).

How would you schedule your week/day if it was all about Lucid Dreaming at this was your main focus?

      Thank you,
      Tom

First, let me welcome you to DV .

If you want to adjust your day schedule to be good for lucid dreaming, I would recommend using a CAT (cycle adjustment technique). I haven't done this myself so I can't really talk from experience, but I can link you to a good CAT tutorial on DV.

I'm incredibly jealous of you. I'd love to be free to have a nap any time. Definitely check out the CAT tutorial linked above. But I'd have to say, be careful. Don't focus on this all day every day, making this your only aim. If you do have a fully charged schedule and then find you aren't successful straight away, you'll probably end up very disappointed and you might want to quit. Just don't go overboard

But good luck. Don't give up

      Thanks for the great tips!

Would it be reasonable to use CAT and add one nap in the afternoon where I WILD?

Yes, some people build their schedule with an afternoon nap, and less hours of sleep during the night so the nap gets maximum effect.
