Hey guys, just had another LD bringing my count up to 9. This was definitely a positive experience, longest LD I had, used a hand-glance RC then simply remained calm. I think next time I'll shout out words or phrases like "I am dreaming lucid" or "Enhance", to make the dream more vivid, word commands have worked well for a lot of people on here so I'll give them a go. Also I tried to manipulate the world by imagining my desired dream through a door, I opened it but it didn't work, still at-least the dream remained.

Anyhow I digress, my question today is concerning WBTB. I've noticed I have more dreams if I sleep in, this is about 8-9 hours which is roughly 9am. This seems against the grain of WBTB timings because if I wake up in the middle of the night I might get nothing more then a fragmented dream, even though WBTB is supposed to be more effective and is supposed to be performed 5-6 hours after sleeping. Another notable thing is when I wake up at 8/9am I make a conscious decision to have a small nap, i.e I am supposed to wake up but think I'll stay in bed. Could that be affecting my dream rate at all?
