      How can I make myself reality check?

      When I dream, I usually just watch what's going on reality checks never cross my mind until I wake up. How can I make myself do a reality check while in the dream?

      Reality check in real life, but read king yoshi's all day awareness tutorial. Just going through the motions with RC's doesn't always work.

      People don't think a alarm is good but I use it and have no problems
