Hello Dreamviews!
I've had a few lucid dreams in the past, but I figure I might as well get better at it. Maximize that extra third of life and all that.
Also might as well shoutout to fellow PST sleepers haha. Aaaand time to lurk!

I know a lot of acronyms, but what is a PST sleeper? I wanna say polyphasic sleep ... something.

Oh I meant Pacific Standard Time hah. Also, is there a list somewhere of reality check ideas? Once a friend told me to look at my hands, but I'm kind of bored of it and it doesn't seem to work too well...

I think there is a list of them somewhere, I can't search for it now because I'm using my phone but here are some that come off the top of my head.
Nose plug, this is the one I use, it's really effective. Just plug your nose and see if you an breathe through it
See if you can stick your finger through your hand
Question where you are and why, etc. (do this with every reality check, you have to really question what's going on )
See if digital clocks and font are changing, look away and look back
Check your fingers, like you said
Jump up and see if gravity is fully intact haha
