xxxxThe transition from sleep paralysis to LDxxxx

I managed to get into full on sleep paralysis twice last night....ears rumbling, vibrations etc...but couldn't get to LD...so I just had to lay there for one or two minutes paralysed and listening to a very strange sound.

Could someone please tell me there step by step process when going from SP to LD??
      Thank you

Also, I seem to get SP more when I Lie on my side....

This happens to me a lot! I usually get in full SP but I don't succeed in falling asleep. I think it's really frustrating, but KingYoshi's tutorial helped me a lot, especially with the reversed blinking, which made me sleepy. I still fail at sleeping on command, but I managed once to do this, but no WILD, though.
Oh, and I think you SP more when you lie on a side because you just feel more relaxed.

I woke up in full SP, that's the only way I can get it to come on (WBTBing). Someone told me that you have to daydream/fantasize and eventually what you're thinking about becomes your dream scene. You're just waiting for it to take hold. Problem is, it kind of worked, but I was blind. I don't know. It's like I couldn't go into full dream... I don't even freakin' know man.
